Community Presentation: HIV Criminalization

The HIV Law Society at NYU School of Law hosted a panel discussion on HIV criminalization – the use of criminal law to prosecute and penalize people living with HIV for conduct that would be legal if they did not get tested or know their status - on October 27, 2014. As part of this workshop, CHLP Staff Attorney, Rashida Richardson discussed the Positive Justice Project's advocacy work on HIV criminalization.
