Description
The study showing that 22% of early HIV testers tested anonymously, and that, compared with early testers, later testers were significantly more likely to be younger, black or Hispanic, or to have tested negative for HIV previously (stating "persons who tested negative might have assumed they were safe and therefore did not retest for a long time" -- a fact that further places the wisdom of current state and federal counseling proposals in questions):
