Description

Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) continues to address HIV-related stigma and discrimination in the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) June 2012 newsletter, which highlights HIV criminalization. Congresswoman Lee underscores the need to change laws that specifically criminalize people with HIV and to end the targeting of HIV-positive individuals for actions that pose no risk of transmission.
