This Thursday, CHLP, GLAAD, PrEP4All, Lambda Legal, and Harvard Law’s Center for Health Law & Policy Innovation (CHLPI) will host a webinar on Kennedy v. Braidwood ahead of oral arguments to the Supreme Court on April 21.

If upheld, Kennedy v. Braidwood could strip away a critical piece of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which mandates insurance companies cover preventive healthcare services at no out-of-pocket cost. This will impact over 150 million Americans and preventive services such as PrEP, maternal health, and cancer screenings.

GLAAD has put together a Reporter Guide and Fact Sheet in preparation for this webinar and reporting on the case. CHLP and Equality Federation produced this explainer summarizing the main issues in the case.

To learn what advocates, influencers, and media can do in preparation for this case going to the Supreme Court, register now for the media briefing and webinar on Thursday, April 17, 4:00-5:00 PM ET.
