The Task Force: Creating Change Conference

CHLP Executive Director S. Mandisa Moore-O'Neal and PJP Senior Attorney Jada Hicks are presenting at the Task Force's annual Creating Change Conference on Wednesday, January 23 and Thursday, January 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mandisa will speak in the opening plenary on Wednesday, Black Leadership Rising, and will explore the unique insights and challenges of how Black LGBTQ+ voices are shaping policy, advocacy, and cultural change to advance liberation for all. This powerful discussion features some of the most influential Black LGBTQ+ leaders across our movements. 

Jada will present on the panel, Winning Strategies: How to Successfully Modernize HIV Criminalization Laws in your State, on Thursday.
