Blame Canada: Canadian High Court Turns Back the Clock

Canada's Supreme Court ruled that not disclosing one's HIV positive status to one's sexual partners is a crime, with culpability potentially limited by medical viral load tests and proof of condom use.  The "he said, she said" basis for liabiilty gets the high court's seal of approval, and an HIV+ person's knowledge or intent, and the real life realities of sex, STIs and risk, remain irrelevant.
