CHLP Publishes Primer on Housing Rights (2008)

CHLP is proud to feature its first in a series of primers on various legal issues as they pertain to people living with HIV/AIDS. “Housing Rights of People Living with HIV: A Primer” outlines the relevant law for advocates whose clients are facing discrimination in housing, or are in need of housing assistance. The primer clearly and concisely provides advocates with an understanding not only of the basics of the law, but how these laws can best be used to serve their clients.
