Valuable New Resources on ADA Amendments and Regulations (2011)

David W. Webber, editor of the invaluable AIDS and the Law, has authored two new documents to help practitioners and advocates understand and apply the amendments to the ADA and recently released EEOC regulations.  A new essay, EEOC's New ADA Regulation: What Does it Mean for People with HIV? examines what Webber considers the most salient points concerning HIV as a disability. That essay is accompanied by a Reference Guide to HIV as an ADA Disability, which presents the parallel texts and citations for key terms and concepts from both the amended ADA and the new regulations.
