This is the website of Yale University's Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA) Criminalization of HIV Transmission and Exposure Working Group. The Working Group, of which the Center for HIV Law and Policy is a member, is a multidisciplinary collaboration of policy makers, advocates, researchers, and other relevant stakeholders examining the public health, ethical, and legal implications of HIV criminalization.
The website provides resources on HIV criminalization both domestically and internationally, and highlights those of the Positive Justice Project, a national movement working to end HIV criminalization in the United States.
