Handling Medical Insurance Claim Denials in New York, Outline, Mark Scherzer, Esq. (2008)
This outline provides information on how to represent a client whose claim for benefits under his or her health insurance plan has been denied. Although the state law information focuses on New York, the outline primarily discusses federal law.
