HIV and Intersecting Issues and Identities, Trans Equity Consulting and CHLP (2024)
New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene partnered with CHLP and Trans Equity Consulting (TEC) to create three trainings on HIV criminalization in 2024. Audiences included people living with HIV, providers, and criminal justice stakeholders. In addition to the trainings, TEC and CHLP collaborated on a series of fact sheets in both English and Spanish that explain the issues and identities that intersect with HIV criminalization.
