No-cost PrEP coverage is headed to the Supreme Court. Register now for a critical update on Braidwood v. Becerra, hosted by PrEP4All’s PrEP Users’ Union along with partners at Lambda Legal, the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation (CHLPI), and The Center for HIV Law & Policy (CHLP) on February 3. CHLP Staff Attorney Kae Greenberg will present at the event for CHLP.

PrEP4All, CHLP, Lambda, and CHLPI convened our first Braidwood v. Becerra Town Hall in response to an April 2023 district court ruling that threatened no-cost coverage of certain preventive care services under the Affordable Care Act, including PrEP. We are here to provide another update as the appeal goes to The Supreme Court
